(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Data storage provider Basho Technologies (www.basho.com) announced on Wednesday it has named former Accenture CTO Donald J. Rippert the company’s president and CEO.

Effective July 1, Rippert will lead Basho in what the board expects to be a “period of extraordinary growth” for the company. 

Basho also announced that it has successfully completed its $7.5 million Series D Equity Financing.
